Job Description: The Home Care Aide will provide non-medical care giving as permitted by the highest standard of Federal and/or State regulations. Primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting with and supervising clients (ADL), Activities of Daily Living. Duties may include but are not limited to: Following care plan/assignment sheet, Keeping a record of observations and care provided, Assist with Walking, Personal Care, ROM (Range of Motion) exercises, Preparing Meals, Light Housekeeping, Transportation, Running Errands and Companionship. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate or GED, Two (2) years of accumulated experience in a home care environment. Clean background, CA Drivers license, reliable transportation, and current TB and CPR certificates. Great intern potential for health care college students. This is a position requiring a high level of responsibility so potential candidate must meet all specified requirements to be eligible for consideration.
